Generally flat water but some waves further along the beach (walk down the beach to the left to get the waves past the headland) when there is a good swell running.

HW springs tend to occur around 07:00 - 08:00 (19:00 - 20:00). HW neaps around 13:00 (GMT). Large tidal range.
