Re: Sunday 19th. Oct

Hi Justin

If you see this before you leave.....

Are you meeting at the same beach car park at Brean, that we sailed from earlier this year, when there was no wind? (Or was that Berrow Sands?)

Hope to see you there (if I find the correct car park)

Re: Berrow Sunday 8th June

Hi Justin

I am pleased I saw your post before setting out.

What are the advantages of Berrow over Burnham? I have not sailed either location

Cheers

The 6.5 sq M Tushingham is still for sale. The other two sails have found new homes.

Hi Rach

Mel and I are coming out to Vass in late June. Look forward to catching up.

We can bring small treats with us, but I almost ended up with a divorce last time I took kit

Are you at Neilson (or have you gone over to the dark side)?

Hi Martin

How did you manage to fit in your Windsurfing kit as well as the camping stuff, bikes and Joy? Or are you just on a wind watching holiday?

And what's the sun doing?

Another good day at WSM; although, a totally different experience from Monday. I used the 6.5 m, attached initially to my 112l Angulo, but this was quickly followed by the Hawk 93l, when the wind filled back in. Conditions were choppy and great for blasting up and down, with the occasional hop. Late...

The line “You need to put in the time and be punished” certainly captures how I have felt about WSM on many occasions. It is always a relief to clear the beach. The cheats solution I had in mind was launching from the feft hand side of the beach, as well as sailing at the Uphill end. On Monday I had...

One of the best days at WSM for a long time. I tried to follow Simon's lead, as he was out on a 5.6. So, I opted for the 5.2. Just as I was leaving Justin suggested this was a silly idea and he was right. So, just after Mat saw me leave, I returned for the 4.7 sq M. It's strange; contrary to the oth...

Some late options

Hi Rach I have a 30cm US box fin you can borrow for a couple of months..... Nick thinks WW might haver a used 26cm or similar fin Car boot sales are good. Forces of Nature website (S Wales) can also be productive. You could try Tony at Daymer Bay Shop; he has some old Stix fins which are new and bec...

Thinking of visiting WSM for a late sail, if the wind holds. It will be my first swim of the year.

I have a couple of years left to be young and irresponsible and I hope to make the most of them.

Adrian, myself and possibly Martin plan to leave Glyncorrwg at about 10.30 'ish on Sunday. We are planning to do a long ride, but not sure which one at the moment.

However we will need to make a decision by the end of the first climb  .
