I have seen a few comments on the forum about people suffering from a lack of fitness on recent sessions. My mate sent me this link. It's meant to be getting fit for wakeboarding but seeing as the muscle groups are the same for both sports, I guess it may help with the windsurfing.
Alternatively, I'll probably do what I always do and go for my first sail in ages, overpowered on a 4m, and spend the next 4 days barely being able to move from the waist up!!
