Daymer 14th 15th Sept

What Nomadic events are coming up. Also, if anyone's planning a non-Nomadically-arranged trip and/or looking for others to join in.

Hi Phil

Just a few at the pub last night - but sorry, though, that no one there was keen for a weekend away. Matt and Ian H are eyeing up WSM for Sunday - and Ian H is contemplating Portland on Monday.

I am keeping a watchful eye out for a "gentle" day to try my shoulder out for the first time this year. Not spotted the "right" kind of day yet!

So, sorry about that, particularly as you have a pass for the weekend.

Sue
Thanks for the reply.
No Daymer for another year, sigh.

Leisurely sail Saturday at Portland it is then.

Cheers

Sorry Phil, as Sue says I will not be making it this weekend. Awful long way to travel for the forecast and not ideal camping weather.

I have never been to Daymer myself. Hopefully we will get a better oportunity soon.

Although i do appreciate time is not on our side with us both being just over 30 years of age now.

Phil - I've been looking forward to a Nomad trip to Daymer ever since I joined the Nomads ; maybe 8 years or so now

Hope you enjoy your sail tomorrow.

Afraid I'm not going either. Even though the wind looks good.

I wouldn't recommend Axbridge to anyone at the moment. Not enough water and too much weed.

Maybe Weston on Sunday.

Couldn't face the journey this weekend (didn't even make the pub Thursday :( ).
Up for WSM Sunday though. Even considering a look today for a bit of light wind practice.

Hope to head to Weston tomorrow - family commitments made Daymer impossible.

Matt are you still in Turkey?

Yep Adrian, I'm back from Turkey and looking forward to re=acquainting myself with the cool brown waters of WSM tomorrow. :) And the rain. :( Think I'll aim for an early start.
Should've been here yesterday.
