Easter Monday

Postby rachael » Thu Apr 05, 2012 05:38

I'm thinking Poole for Monday, cos Portland won't have any water in the afternoon and Weston won't have any beach!

Anyone up for a trip there if the forecast holds - or anywhere else with wind and water?

Hi Rachael

Agree - Monday is looking the most sailable of the weekend. I'm away though, so cannot make it. Bit of a bummer the tide being out at Portland. If it's windy enough Axbridge could work, but may the usual up/ down if not full sunshine.

Have a good and choccy-filled egg time, wherever you end up

I'm gonna meet a couple of friends in Poole (whitley lake) for a fry up and a windsurf - what all bank holidays should be like!

Sorry you're away Sue, I may not see you before I go then unless next weekend's a windy one.

Jeremy yes Portland is ok in the morning but I've arranged Poole now, nice to have a change and to know there will be water all day if needed!

Have a Happy Easter everybody and shout if you will be Pooleside on Monday!
