Sailing around Burry Port

As a local where do you take the Timid crew when you venture from your trusty deck chair?

It looked as if it could be sailable from the Millenium Park? Possible wind against tide?

Any input anybody?

Sorry Adrian I seem to be getting more and more timid and just stick to Gwendraeth (banks on three sides and fairly limited space)

I have launched once from Burry port millemium path into the Lougher but sufferd fronm agraphobia (no rescue boat).

I have friend who kite surfs from Llanelli with his mates and will ask him for advice

Your other option is to get onthe Barry Winsurfers site and ask them,
I am sure they know much more and I believe there is a kitesurfing section
