Perhaps if the wind's attached to Rugby (as everyhing else seems to be in Wales....or singing!) we might have a good blow on the 20th :)

I guess we'll know more by thursday

Cheers

Cars escape plan foiled at the last minute (tunnel discovered!) :( - so no biking again this weekend. :( :( Son No. 1 and missis to be are arriving tomorrow so probably for the best. Viv's forks not responding to TLC  so shall I take them apart or do we go back to Mud Dock.?...Viv's vote (unsup...

Arnt sintered pads a lot harder on the discs. I have had this conversation with motorcyclists where the brake rate is much higher and the discs are probably alot more expensive, so maybe its more of an issue than with mountain bikes. I'll check mine before this weekends stint (if we can make it). St...

Viv says "we have been ominously silent because...." The car has gone into hospital :( :( . The man in the big yellow coat says that the crankshaft needs another sensor!!...sounds baaaaaad...(and expensive! ) It dumped viv on the roundabout near Asda last night and we spent a few an...

Sorry we missed you yesterday Al. It was a strenuous (for me and viv anyway) ride. First time I have seen Ian push his bike!

Ashton court should be drier than our last visit (and therefore more fun!)

Our thanks to Rob as well. He put up with slow ascending and fairly quick descending (with just a hint of control!)

I have never been so tired!

Ashton Court will be easier tomorrow.
See you there.

Great ride everyone. We are officially "nutters"!! That track at the top (that we did twice) needs the Adrian seal of approval. Hopefully that will be soon. The bit in Kings Wood will get some attention as soon as I get back from Aberdeen. I definately think its an after work venue. ...

Brilliant days ride. We thought Gerry had had it at one stage but the smiles re-appeared after the first down hill. The new loop sounds good...that will be next weekend then? (No...whites first please).
See you all later this morning.

Steve

PS did anyone else see a few snowflakes ?

**** Bath Ales Brewery trip **** It has come to our notice that Bath Ales is now brewing their famous range of beverages quite close to our house. I thought we might take advantage of the situation and have a brewery trip this year. Below I have attached a couple of leaflets to kick things off. Ther...

FOD today Very muddy and hard, lots of fun had by all. All the usual suspects I&N, V&S, Adrian and Gerry & Chris. The latter did very well to still have a smile at the end (and also later after several re-runs of the last section) Some wonderful gymnastics performed by mssrs Ian & Ad...

Thanks for having a look.

I did ring your home phone and left a message on your mobile but apologies for the no-show anyway.

The pedigree at our local, the white hearte, went down really well.
