Thanks to everyone who climbed and slid around Rowberrow last night, amazingly no fallers...worst injuries were a couple of nettle stings and anthony impaling himself on a thorn. Well done all.

The social for next weekends jaunt is at the Swan this thursday.
Is anyone up for a pre-pub ride starting in the car park about 6pm.
This should give us time to do all of Rowberrows best bits. :D

Huw - sorry you couldnt make it, twas fun. Thanks Nigel for the concern at my initial poor progress - I'll not go out so soon after giving blood again. Good to get round tho, the last bit of the downhill course trying to keep up with Adrian was exhilarating.

Cheers

I walked/pushed the see saw bit but couldnt find enough nerve to pedal 4 foot from the ground. There is plenty I didnt take pictures of for next time. The pics at the e...

Viv and I havent done the extra loop yet and we wondered where it starts. The Red on the pic is our normal XC route and the blue the extra bit. At a guess it begins near the gate and picnic area about halfway up :?:

Ashton then Weston!

The Longs and Powells are contemplating a first for Bank Holiday Monday. Ashton court followed by Weston Super Mud. The tide is fairly late at Weston so a late ish am start is possible. Any takers ?

Car loaded up...between the showers...leaving soon

One of the really good things for us car users is the changing rooms and showers at Llangdegfedd. So after the blast up and down the lake (sorry across...in a northerly) we get to leave feeling quite civilised.

cheers
