Knap Tuesday 3 August
Knap may be good tomorrow mid-afternoon through to the evening.
Anyone tempted away from work to come out to play?
Otherwise WSM may be OK Wednesday, Thursday during the day

Will ensure I wave and smile next time .. :-)) :D . Lovely clear photos - many thanks to whoever took them :D I changed boards yesterday from 105 to 85, plus put masses more downhaul on my 5.5 sail with the help of my Nomads after-xmas party gift :D . That seemed to do the trick rather than rigging ...

J&L's jolly jaunt - Sat 31 July
Advance notice Justin and Lorraine are looking at a trip to possibly Cold Knapp on Sat (tides better there for sailing than WSM). Don't know if its an orange, black and white kite free zone ... :D Portland is also looking OK (I'd prefer to try out Knapp if the conditions are right). Sunday is lookin...

Now that you have reminded me Matt, Justin did warn me (as he was setting off to Wales) to keep a safe distance re an orange/ black and white kiter that had been dive bombing them on a previous occasion - so maybe it was. Just as well said kiter didn't manage to get his kite airborne during the enti...

Very pleasant little session at WSM yesterday evening. Justin (he must get the award for the keenest Nomad!) had already rigged and beginning his walk to Wales. Useful though as a guinea pig, as he was v well powered on his 5.7 and 96, so I rigged my usual 5.5 and 85. Wind stayed for a perfect 1.5hr...

Oooohh - windy (already) and sunny today! 8) 8) Hoping to get a sail at Axbridge mid/ late afternoon. If that doesn't work, then I'll probably call in at WSM for a late sail (- would be short as tide is late tonight, but Justin reckons it's sailable, probably from about 6.30pm onwards with a walk). ...
