Saturday was the more traditional westerly, around F4 and had a good blast before again the wind died when it clouded over around high tide time. As I’d got there early I’d got a decent session in, but not for as long as the 3 kids from Rotherham training on their Bic Aloha raceboards. They were miles out to sea when I arrived 3 hours before high tide and had waded out through the mud a lot earlier. Apparently they’d come specially to train ‘somewhere lumpy’.
