Barry - Cold Knap	Good as long as the wind is strong. Cross-on from the left.
Broad Haven	Pretty much dead offshore. Very gusty and not recommended. Try Newgale.
Dale	Onshore wind. Cross the weed beds of the Gann valley, once clear of these then is reasonably enjoyable with small wind chop on the far side of the bay. A hard slog to get beyond the fort and out into the haven.
Gower - Broughton Bay	Offshore. Unknown conditions
Gower - Llangennith	Apparently very good. Needs confirming
Gower - Mumbles	Cross shore. Good on falling tide
Gower - Oxwich	Ideal
Gower - Port Eynon	Unknown conditions
Gower - Rhossili	Too sheltered. Try Llangennith
Gower - Swansea Bay	Onshore.
Llandegfedd Reservoir	Probably quite gusty. Off-shore at lauch point

Ogmore	Slightly cross-off from L. Probably very good for good for wavesailing
Porthcawl - Newton Beach	good, clean, onshore wind in bay. Big waves in bay
Porthcawl - Rest Bay	Cross shore. Similar conditions to NW.
Porthcawl - Trecco	Cross-shore from L. Unknown conditions
Saundersfoot	Onshore. Unknown Conditions. Safe.
Tenby	Dead onshore. Unknown conditions.
